1. Acceptance

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you use AdSweet for a business, you accept them on behalf of that business.

2. What AdSweet does

AdSweet sets up your ads on Facebook and Instagram, measures how they perform and makes you suggestions. You decide what happens. AdSweet does not guarantee a particular result: that also depends on your offer, your images and the market.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your login details and for what happens with your account. If you notice anything strange, let us know straight away at support@adsweet.ai.

4. The free plan, the trial period and payment

Everyone starts with 30 days of Pro, free and no card needed. At the end you choose: you stay on Pro, you pick another plan, or you carry on with the free plan. If you choose nothing, you carry on with the free plan and pay nothing. The free plan has limits and stays free for as long as you want. If you choose a paid plan, you enter your card and pay per month, per quarter or per year, in advance. All prices exclude VAT. A paid plan renews automatically until you cancel.

5. Cancelling

You cancel whenever you want, in the app. Your plan then runs until the end of the paid period. For a yearly plan you get no refund for the remaining months.

6. Your ad budget at Meta

You pay your ad budget directly to Meta, not to AdSweet. AdSweet does not spend money without your approval and always stays within the limits you set.

7. What you may and may not do

You use AdSweet only for your own business or for businesses you represent. Your ads follow Meta’s rules and the law. Copying, reselling or misusing AdSweet is not allowed.

8. Integrations

You decide yourself which services you connect, and you can withdraw any integration at any time. Those services’ own terms also apply.

9. Liability

We do our best to keep AdSweet working properly. If something does go wrong because of our fault, we are liable up to the amount you paid AdSweet in the last 12 months. We are not liable for decisions by Meta, such as a rejected ad.

10. Changes

If we change this text, you will see it at the top in the date. For an important change we let you know by email beforehand.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute we first look for a solution together. If that fails, the courts of AdSweet’s registered office have jurisdiction.
